Subject: Regarding Repeated Failure of Project Management System

Dear IT Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. The purpose of this email is to make you to take actions on repeated failure of project management system, affecting task tracking and deadline.

The failure of the project management system is occurring repeatedly when we tried to access the page where our assigned project is listed and have to submit the daily work report. We are not able to access to functionality of submitting the daily report - when we click on submit button after filling the fields then it keeping loading and do not give final feedback. Due to which our project is affecting, we are unable to make any progress in our project and our project deadline is heading forward. I tried to reload, re-login and using other higher authority level account and some different approaches but problem still persist.

I kindly request you to resolve the these repeated failure of the project management software and provide any other alternative to keep work in progress and avoid deadline headache.
