Microphone and audio are set up once, right at the start — you won't be asked again during the test. A single 60-minute clock covers the whole assessment: Sections A–D can be answered and revisited freely in any order; the Listening section plays each audio clip once only; the Spoken section is recorded in sequence and can't be redone once you move on.
