I hope this message finds you well. The purpose of this email is to inform you about the changes made to company workshop which was going to held on 14th of September due to unavailability of external speakers

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is caused due to the sudden reschedule of the external speaker, But I assure you that the workshop will be programmed as soon as possible. The revised date for the workshop will be announced the mail on 19th of September after communicating and confirming properly with the external speaker.
