Enterprise Terms of Service
Welcome to Doc Sansar. These Enterprise Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Doc Sansar ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Doc Sansar website, its subdomains, virtual economy, and associated services.
By registering an account, making a contribution, or accessing our materials, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately cease use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Doc Sansar provides educational resources, study notes, and a digital community ecosystem for students. By utilizing the platform, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access specialized features, including the uploading of notes and participation in the Token Economy, registration is required.
- Identity Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
- Account Security: You are strictly liable for safeguarding your credentials. Doc Sansar accepts no liability for data loss, token theft, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
- Termination Rights: We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts without prior notice if we suspect fraud, Terms violation, or any activity detrimental to the platform's integrity.
3. User-Generated Content & Copyright
Users may upload academic materials, Previous Year Questions (PYQs), and contextual notes ("User Content").
- Licensing: While you retain underlying copyrights to original work, by uploading to Doc Sansar, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, modify, algorithmically tag, and distribute the content.
- Copyright Representation: You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to upload the content. Uploading unauthorized copyrighted material (including proprietary university textbooks) is strictly prohibited.
- Takedown Policy: Doc Sansar operates as an intermediary. We reserve the right to remove any content subject to a valid copyright infringement claim without liability to the uploader.
4. Virtual Economy & Rewards (DocTokens)
Doc Sansar operates a gamified digital economy utilizing "DocTokens" and "Trust Points."
- No Fiat Value: DocTokens and Trust Points are purely virtual digital licenses used exclusively within the Doc Sansar platform. They are not electronic money, hold zero real-world fiat currency value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Revocability: We reserve the right to alter the value, adjust balances, or completely sunset the Token Economy at any time without financial liability or prior notice.
- Non-Transferable: Tokens cannot be sold, traded, or transferred between distinct user accounts outside of officially supported platform mechanics.
5. Donations & Payments
Users may opt to support the platform's server and operational costs via our Contribution/Donation portal.
- Voluntary Nature: All financial contributions are voluntary gifts. They do not constitute an investment, purchase of equity, or a guarantee of lifetime service availability.
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital and voluntary nature of donations, and the immediate issuance of associated digital rewards (e.g., DocTokens, Donor Badges), all transactions are strictly final and non-refundable.
- Third-Party Processors: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). By initiating a transaction, you also agree to the Terms of Service of the respective payment processor. Doc Sansar does not store your sensitive financial data (credit card numbers, UPI PINs).
6. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain an enterprise-grade academic environment, you agree NOT to engage in:
- Deploying automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract data, download bulk PDFs, or artificially inflate DocToken balances.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Doc Sansar platform, API, or payment verification endpoints.
- Uploading malware, malicious payloads, or falsified academic documents designed to mislead students.
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving digital platform rewards.
7. Educational Disclaimers
"AS IS" BASIS: The materials on Doc Sansar are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We explicitly disclaim any guarantee regarding the academic accuracy, university syllabus alignment, or completeness of user-uploaded materials.
- Doc Sansar is an independent entity and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, board, or educational institution (e.g., RGPV).
- Reliance on any material for examination preparation is strictly at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Doc Sansar, its founder(s), administrators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, academic failure, or lost profits) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doc Sansar and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your uploading of infringing User Content, or your misuse of the platform.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including the Token Economy and file hosting capabilities, at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
